Yes we are fully insured and our policy will N.F. Mutual is available for inspection by prior arrangement.

Who will be in my home?
Your home will be cleaned by one of our trained and vetted Pink Lady cleaning staff. Whilst working at your home Pink Ladies do not eat or smoke or use any of your appliances unless agreed as part of the work to be carried out. Our staff comply with all appropriate health and safety regulations.

How do I know my home will be cleaned exactly as I want it?
We provide a personal touch! We will arrange to visit you at a mutually convenient time and find out exactly what it is you want and would like from our service.

At what times can you visit?
We will arrange a suitable time to work around your lifestyle. We can arrange to clean when you are out and can hold a key under our secure key holding service.

Can I change my cleaning schedule?
Yes. Just contact us as soon as possible and we will rearrange your schedule to meet your requirements.
